CEAMP is a four and half year CDN$ 4.75 million CIDA bilateral
initiative implemented by SNC-LAVALIN International, Canada
(www.snclavalin.com) in partnership with the Ministry of
Local Development (MLD, www.mld.gov.np) and in collaboration
with Ministry of Environment, Science and Technology (MEST, www.most.gov.np), the National Planning Commission (NPC,
www.npc.gov.np), other relevant Ministries, selected District
Development Committees (DDCs), Municipalities, Village
Development Committees (VDCs) and their associations and
other national and international NGOs.
